I have tried several times closing and reopening the player and the site but I keep getting this error code: VGC-4229955698:4240441496
I've also tried turning my WiFi off and on.
Not sure why it's suddenly decided not to work..
Why isn't there a Live Chat function to talk to someone directly?
I don't know why the player can't be embedded onto the site rather than having a separate player that you need to download...
