You know what's amazing? Search "worst streaming service" in this community and you find multiple complaints back to 2019 about all the issues with NowTV's absolutely atrocious interface, most of which focus only on the need to launch a separate app/program (which crashes frequently, won't connect to Bluetooth devices unless you have them connected BEFORE it launches, etc.). But even the interface is TERRIBLE. How freaking hard would it be to take me to the next episode, or the one I'm in the middle of, when I click on a show? Literally every other service does it. Or maybe create more categories for browsing? Want to know what's on NOW now? Don't go to their site, google it. Seriously, I get that Brits are behind Americans on, well, lots of things, but Sky should be ashamed of how patently amateur this is.
