Only just bought a Now TV stick and set that up as well as trying to set up watching on my Mac laptop and I have to say - as usual - the whole exercise is almost more hassle than it's worth.
Payment pins? Well, why don't they tell you you have to set up one? Only eventually found that out by chance, having wasted 40 minutes wondering what the f*ck was wrong.
'Click here to download player'. Fair enough, yet the one downloaded won't install - three times. So got onto chat and the - very helpful - customer carer gave me a separate link to download the player. But I wouldn't have found that if I hadn't got in touch. Even then I had to download two more bloody updates before - over an hour after I had started the whole process - I could finally settle in to watch. Jesus, don't they test these systems before grabbing our money? Obviously not.
PS Even posting this message is causing problems. Where do they get the staff!
