All,
I have never come across a service like this, EVER!! and I don't say this lightly.
First of all it never works on any computer I have - Both PC and MAC, just reverts to the Pass screen. I can watch it fine on my iPhone.
I was told to remove one of my devices from the management screen by customer services chat and now I have to wait a month until the next billing cycle starts.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE AND WHO IS HEADING UP THIS RUBBISH SERVICE??
I am cancelling, too much effort constantly to watch something!
