Sports day pass not working

Purchased a sport Week pass to watch on my iPad. In my account it shows I have a pass but when I try and watch the golf it says I require a pass. What the problem??

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Bit of a long shot, try signing out of the NowTV App, then delete the App, then download the NowTV App from your Tablet Apps Store.

 

Then power down your Tablet, after the tablet is switched off, re start the tablet and then try signing back into the NowTV App.

 

If that doesn't work, then pop over to live chat for assistance.
