Sound stuttering on now TV player but app not available to download on Microsoft store

Hi,

the nowtv player sound stutters which seems pretty common after reading a bit but I can't download the app on Microsoft store because its currently unavailable. Anybody know why??

Are you using Windows 8.1 or above on your Windows PC, Laptop or Tablet and based in the UK ?

If so try this link to download the nowtv App from the UK Microsoft Store.

Hi, thanks for your response. I have already tried to get the app but it
redirects me to the Microsoft store on my computer which says the app is
unavailable.
There doesn't seem to be an option which let's me download it from the
browser Microsoft Office store.
It's Windows 10.

Anything else I can do?
