Sound and picture not synched

Using Now TV player on my PC an d the sound does not match the picture - there is always a slight delay on the sound.  Any suggestions as to how I can solve this as it makes watching Now TV a horrible experience

Its always worth resetting the stick by holding down the button on the side for 15 seconds, and see if that fixes it.

 

Is there a soundbar or AV system being used here?

 

If so, try a test of disconnecting it so everything comes through the TV directly, for a while, and let us know if that is better synced.

Other than that, what is the make and model of TV?

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

For anyone else looking for an answer.  I'm on Windows 10 PC and managed to fix it.  Why they need to use an app for a PC I just don't know.  Anyway I shut down the app, closed out of the browser.  Opened the browser and signed in again then played the show I was watching again.  It picked up where I left off and no sync issues with sound and video.  Basic reset.  Just remember to sign out then sign back in again.
