This error message has started to appear (all of a sudden) on my Mac Air laptop when I try to watch something on the Now TV app. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Any help/thoughts would be very much appreciated. 

I launch the player via Chrome and have reinstalled the Now TV app a few times but had no joy.
