Snipping Tool is not screen recording software. Please stop breaking NowTV when opened.

Using NowTV while working from home is infuriating. Why does the Snipping tool keep breaking your pointless app? 

 

I can't record with it. It gets annoying when you accidentally open it while listening to background noise.

I agree completely - this needs to be addressed. I work from home using three screens - one of which I use to watch various programmes. On the other screens, I work, sometimes needing to take screenshots. I'm not using it on the monitor where NowTV operates but it shuts down immediately. No other TV watching app does that, so clearly it can be sorted!
