I have seen many people have this issue and the only response NOW gives is re-set your router or try a different film. The issue isn't with people internet it's with the NOW TV player and your site I can steam 4K on youtube that is free BTW and with NOW TV looks like 240p at best I dont want a generic response I want NOW to say they will optimize the player and fix these issues. Stop blaming peoples internet and admit your own flaws or myself and likely others will just find another service.
