I don't use my PC whilst watching nowtv, are you using a Mac or PC and if it's a PC are you using your internet browser with the nowtv player or the dedicated nowtv App from the Microsoft Store ?
If you are using an internet browser and gone into the sports section and then clicked on the TV Guide towards the top right of screen and none of the 10 live channels open with no error message, then i can only suggest the basic general stuff like reboot your PC, try a different internet browser, clear cookies and disable your internet browser ad blocker.
Hopefully a PC user will offer you more detailed stuff to try.
