[Resolved] Audio but no video

A new version of the NOW TV Player has been published. Please try opening the app again to receive the update.

We're aware of an issue that is causing frustration for a lot of customers. We have been looking into this as a matter of urgency and hope to have a fix ready soon.

 

To clarify, this mostly affects users with a certain graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 3000

so i now have a fix that may work for some of you in your grapic settings make sure anti-aliasing is set to use aplication settings otherwise you will get the black screen with audio. if your gpu software allows you to tune individual games like the amd software dose you can add the now tv app and customise the settings. i have my AA set to overide aplication settings and it was that causing my problem. hope this helps

Glad it worked I spent hours on the phone to now TV oo download this download that and nothing so started filling with settings and boom sorted it.
