Original post:

We're aware of an issue that is causing frustration for a lot of customers. We have been looking into this as a matter of urgency and hope to have a fix ready soon.

To clarify, this mostly affects users with a certain graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 3000

To confirm. I'm on Mac OSX Sierra with that Intel 3000 card. And I have the same problem. Hopefully you can get this fixed tonight so that I can watch Game of Thrones before the internet spoils it for me! It's the only reason I signed up to Now TV, so if it isn't possible to watch that when it comes out, I'm going to need to ask for a refund. 🙂

I'm rubbing at late 2008 alloy unibody MacBook which has an integrated Nvidia chipset and I have the same problem. So its not just Intel 3000s.

Just wanted to say that I too am suffering from this problem.

I have a late 2011 Pro, with the Intel 3000 Graphics card whatever, won't pretend to know what that is.

When will we have an update on how to fix this?

If you're aware of this problem, why you just don't delete the newer version and allow us to download the older and WORKING one?

It's not fair and doesn't make any sense to me.
