Reinstall seems to fix regular blocky screen problem on Windows 10 player.

I find that after a few days or weeks of use, the Windows 10 player develops a fault whereby it goes into an extremely low resolution mode for about 10 seconds every two or three minutes. It does this even if the internet connection is working fine for everything else.

If I uninstall and reinstall the player the problem goes away. For how long, I don't know.

Does anyone else get this problem?

I reinstalled today but the blocky screen problem started almost immediately. I may have to switch to watching on my iPad again as the Windows app is such rubbish. It's been faulty for years. I don't suppose the incompetent buffoons will ever fix it.

@Jim93

If you can, hold off til Windows 11 launches.

As I understand they are almost “ditching” the App Store in favour of the Amazon App Store. So it’s more likely that we will see a NOW app thanks to the Amazon fire stick version of it.

That’s my hunch anyway.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

10 months have passed and the same problem still persists! Clearly nobody is interested in fixing it.
