Problem opening NOWTV player on computer

I have downloaded the NOWTV player, but very time that I try to open it, I get the following message "The procedure entry point Shell_NotifyIconGetRect could not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.dll

Can anybody help please?

It's Windows Vista and, having just done a search on the internet, it appears that the player isn't compatible with Vista, so it appears that I will just have to watch on TV or iPad.

Indeed @Anonymous User... Windows Vista does not support the Windows NOW TV app...
