Just had a super frustrating experience with Now TV web chat support.
The quality on MacOS player is awful for me, low resolution, blurry. All other streaming services on this machine are fine, all the way up to 4k. NOW Tv on my Roku TV is (mostly) fine - it streams 1080 at least - it quite often disconnects, again no other app on my TV does this.
Support asked me to run a speed test, it says 50mbps down and up. They say the app is reporting 2mbps which is "not enough to run now tv and boost". Of course not, but that's not my connection speed!
They demanded I record the screen with my phone, at which point I gave up trying to get help.
