Poor Video Quality

Hello, I have a NOW Entertainment subscription with the Boost option (for HD content). When watching shows the quality is quite poor. I know it isn't my internet connection as I am able to stream Netflix and Disney+ content in 4K. Am I doing something wrong with NOW for my video quality to be so poor? Any help/advice would be greatly welcomed.

If using a PC or Mac the maximum streaming quality on NOW is 720p (even with Boost).

Thanks for the reply. Wow, that sucks! I wish I could get my smart TV to run NOW. I bought it when I lived in Italy and it won't let me remove the Italian NOW.

Just out of curiosity. What make is the TV?

Have you tried doing a factory reset to it and setting it up on the UK store?

It is a Samsung, I bought it in Italy (although it is an American TV as I purchased it at the base). I actually have not tried doing a factory reset, that is a good idea.
