Poor UX

As a Product Manager, I've never been compelled to give feedback on a product like this before. But the UX of the App and Player is very poor. The user journey is unclear. Navigation of the app is unnecessarily convoluted. The Player/platform disconnect on a Mac/other devices is jarring. And the App on a mobile device crashes constantly!

Also, respectfully, I don't feel these packages are effective [Entertainment, HayU, etc]. Rather than encouraging growth via the product, it just comes across to me like unnecessary segementing of the audience. It feels money-grabby. There must be better ways to market content.

I love Real Housewives, which is why I continue using Now TV, but it's a very disappointing user experience, sadly. I'm giving my feedback hoping that the Product team might see it.

What Product do you Manage, perhaps we could compare and contrast and give our own views accordingly?

From what I have read elsewhere PC and Mac users do sometimes report a poor experience. I don't view on such devices, so cannot comment directly. Although my son regularly views on his MacBook without issue, I have asked him about this when others have mentioned problems.

My apps - Chromecast; Roku; LG smart TV; iPad; iPhone etc. - generally work just fine.

I tend to agree that there is no good reason to split Hayu from Entertainment. The only reason is that it makes it a bit cheaper if all you watch is Hayu, but more expensive for both.  Similar with Cinema.  Netflix, Prime and Disney provide both TV and movies in a single subscription.

That written, it is less bonkers than Prime which has umpteen channels you can subscribe to, most of which have one or two decent shows/movies with a pile of straight to stream content that few would watch.

I think Now should simplify to a Cinema/Entertainment subscription and a Sports subscription. And scrap Boost, that is just messy.  Disney keep it simple and it works.
