Player won't work on laptop

Any ideas why I can't get the football to play on my windows laptop? I've paid for the pass and downloaded the player. It works on my phone but I need to use my phone for something else.

My laptop will play the free previews. When I click on a film, it prompts me to pay for the pass, which is correct as I haven't paid for films. However, when I click on the live football that I've paid for and am watching on my phone, nothing...

Can't help much, but if you have purchased a NowTV Mobile Pass then this pass only works with smartphones and you are entitled to five channels only with the Mobile Pass, which is Premier League, NFL, Arena, Racing (Horses) & News.

If it's a full sports day, week or month pass then maybe see if live chat can help further.
