Player keeps giving me this error code: VGC-4259315739:3, how do I fix this?

I only got Now TV today and whenever I try to play anything on the player it gives me this error code: 

VGC-4259315739:3

Would really appreciate if anyone knows what it means or how to fix it

Same here. 

try to watch the England - South Africa game: VGC-4253024363:502

Load other Sky Sports (i.e. Leicester Tribute) works OK. 

So something they add to the Live transmition

CAn someone anwser the questions. I have the same issue.  I paid money for the service and i get this Sh*T  .   The question is been in the forum for more than a year.   Someone from NOWTV anwser this question

I had the same problem over and over until I read that it was due to another app being open that could 'record' the sky app. I closed my snipping tool (!) on my desktop and it worked.

The posting immediately above yours suggests a possible cause,

Can you make sure your Snipping Tool is closed?

I'm getting this error while watching F1, whenever the advert break starts, about 5-10 seconds later, the whirling wait icon shows up, the video stream pauses, and then eventually either the player closes or the error message appears: VGC-4253024363:4280287243

How is this not fixed in 2 years !?!?
