Player App Wont launch ???? Why

I'm running windows 10 and using Chrome, my machine has all the Latest windows updates, and is a i7 9gen machine. I've been running the nowplayer app for over a year... BUT today whatever i want to watch the AWFUL NOW APP just closes... I've rebooted, Checked the firewall and Antivirus setting and reinstalled the Now player app blah blah blah and it still Crashes.. can anyone help ? please.... ?

Have you recently started using Bitdefender?

 

That can cause this.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Good call, I've been using Bitdefender your years with no probs until now, but I've added the exception and it now works fine.   🙂
