Hi, whatever I play on the Now tv desktop player via the website, the image is extremely dark and the colours are very dull. I have the brightness turned up full on my laptop, no power saving modes on, and all other streaming services are fine. The Now tv website images are normal and the thumbnail for each show is brightly lit, it's only when I play something and it comes on the desktop app that the picture goes really dark. It's almost impossible to make things out!
I've tried everything, can anyone help? Thanks!
