Since you have seen the number of threads with the error, adding another one will do nothing I’m afraid. My guess is NOW are looking at it, your best option is to pester them on social media like Twitter or Facebook.
On here staff very seldom come on to post on threads. So all these threads you’ve seen only those where I’ve tagged in the ContentTeam will reply.
