OVP_00002 - When my device is already in the devices and no-one else is watching

Hi,

 

When trying to watch NowTV on my computer I'm getting the OVP_00002 error message. This has happened a few times where I've then had to use one of my monthly device swaps just to be able to watch something on my PC again (Which I feel like I shouldn't have to do). The problem is that my computer is already one of the devices on my device list so I don't understand why it thinks I'm trying to watch it from a new device?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

@Anonymous User sometimes windows updates make it appear like a new device. Quickest way to get it sorted is to go on to chat.
