Now tv streaming is terrible

I subscribed and paid 9.99£ just last night and already want my money back: the quality of the streaming is AWFUL! Never seen anything this bad, Netflix and the other SVOD services work perfectly and on NOW I can't watch anything!

So you are only complaining about the quality right? 

No issues playing it apart from that?

Though did you really misinterpret what @gavs82008 said, or are you just making a joke about the possible ambiguity of it?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
