Now tv saying"playout not available on web"

Paid my fee yet cannot watch due to message coming up as above.

Every film?

 

Suggestions as I am not very technical please

Welcome to the forum. Sounds like you're either trying to watch on a device that NOW TV doesn't work on, or you're trying to watch in a web browser when you need to download the app instead.
