Now player 'offline', does not connect on refresh or re0install

Hello,

The Now player on PC no longer works for me, stating that I was offline even though my internet connection is stable. Refreshing it does nothing, re-installing does nothing. It doesn't even generate an error code to check against.

A previous thread on this topic prompted to install the program from Microsoft Store but the app isn't there any more. Please help.

Are you using a VPN or Proxy Server ?

Also I am assuming a different internet browser doesn't make any difference? 

Sorry I can't offer any further help because I don't use a PC when watching NOW.

No, I am not using a VPN or Proxy. The issue appears to be the player app itself, not any browser.

If you perform searches in the community for the player on windows you will see many threads showing issues. Some have been resolved and some have not.

Those are all completely different problems. This one doesn't even generate an error code to check against.
