Now TV on MacBook Pro using Chrome search engne

When using search function preset search option always wrong and will not just leave blank until title request is complete.

After several attempts to have blank field to type in complete title never goes to requested film or anything, stays on home screen.

I’d like to help, and I have an  iMac Retina 4K I could perhaps reproduce this on, but I can’t understand what the exact problem is 😢

Does that ‘Dutch’ possibly indicate that English isn’t your first language?

Perhaps you can set out the steps I should try, or maybe post a screenshot of the issue?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
