Now TV does not work with the speaker

I've connected my laptop to the speaker as the dynamics are really bad, and the sound still comes out of the laptop, not the speaker, even though it is connected via bluetooth and it works with any other apps. Has anyone ever had this problem, and if yes, how can it be fixed?

Yes, this was reported earlier, again in a Mac, and here is the link for you:-

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
