I'm using the NowTV desktop app for Windows 7, with browsing the shows being done in Chrome. Until recently it worked fine. Now however whenever I attempt to select a show to play I get no feedback from the web app or the player, with nothing opening. I don't even get an error message.
I've now attempted reinstalling it and I've checked all of my passes, which are current. Any help would be much appreciated.

There have been reports of the Chrome browser not playing ball here.
Can you try it in IE (Microsoft Internet Explorer) which should already be on your Windows 7 device, or Firefox (Mozilla Firefox) which you may need to download off the web if you haven’t got it already, and try with either of those browsers?
