Now TV Player

Hi, 

 

I have downloaded the newest player (8.2) on my surface pro x. Since the update there is a box in the top left of the square. Like it is playing the programme in small sections. When I enlarge to full screen it looks even worse. The pixels are out of line and someone face is spilt into sections. 

 

I have tried uninstalling the player and re installing. checked forums but no information on this.

Drop Now TV an email with the detauils. They will hopefully be able to sort it out for you.
