Now TV Player on PC- Sound but no picture

Uninstalled and reinstalled countless times. Cleared cache and all other suggested solutions.

Using Windows 10 and tried both Chrome and Firefox.

Get the sound but no picture.  Downloaded the player direct from Now TV website

 

Have also tried the app but that won't even let me login!!

 

Any suggestions please, other than cancelling my subscription.

I have the same issue now, tried everything. Strange thing is, it used to work on win 7, now i updated to win 10..Can't get picture, only audio.
