I re-started a new pass about a week ago and had this issue since then. Am using Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge. Whenever my internet connection breaks down or I've been binged watching and therefore have to sign in again, the Player just stoppes and gives me an error message. But I can't close the Player as there is no button for it. Also Esc doesn't work. The only way is to click on the button that opens a help page, so I return to Microsoft Edge. Very annoying as it usually takes a while till the buttons on the Taskbar show up and I can finally close the Now TV Player. There must be an easier solution.
