I have updated the NOWTV player on the PC as requested when trying to launch Sky Sports tonight however the player does not open properly and nothing plays. I can see the border of the new application window pop up but nothing else (no picture or sound)
Also i went to try and use the livechat on Google Chrome and i cannot get a response from the purple icon in the bottom right hand corner.
I then tried the same on internet explorer and if i type in www.nowtv.com it defaults me to this page which loads strangely https://help.nowtv.com/article/watching-now-tv-on-a-mac .
No idea whats going on but something seems very odd!!
Was all working fine before i had to update before i could watch anything...now nothing!
How do i get this working again ?
What is going on with the website on Internet Explorer?
How can i contact someone to sort this out?
