NOW TV player on firefox and windows 7

hi i seem to have a problem using now tv on windows 7 using mozilla firefox i have downloaded the software logged in and al that but the problem is although i have sound i have no picture this is the third time i have posted a messsage raising this concern but either got no response from anyone or got told to uninstall and re-install the software but this has proved fruitless i'm sure someone out there has had the same problem and has found/solved the problem if so can you please help

@Anonymous User it works with the chrome browser. At least it does on my HP laptop.

hi i downloaded chrome web browser and unistalled mozilla firefox and unfortunatly that didnt work either i still have sound but no picture so the problem wasnt solved anyone have anymore suggestions on what to do

I don't watch NowTV through my PC, however some people have had some success using Windows Internet Explorer 11 with Silverlight on their Windows PC.

Not sure if you have tried this option, here's a help guide if you want to give it a go.

If for some reason you get the message that you have reached your maximum devices and you cannot remove one of the older devices from your My Account > Manage Devices then jump over to live chat and explain to them that you have been having difficulty in playing Nowtv on your PC and could they remove one of your nominated older devices.

hi tried windows internet explorer and that don't work either i installed silverlight followed the instructions went to watch something and it told me to enable silverlight which i did and got no further any other suggestions people

Sorry i couldn't help any further, and like i said i don't use my PC for watching NowTV.

I"ve the same problem couldn"t load plug in. uninstalled app, message comes up unable to uninstaall box with 3 now tv in it. Tried installing exactlly the samee out come. help plse.
