WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS
I have spent ages trying to get through to a human being on Now TV AS MY PASS IS NOT WORKING.
Having read through lots of similar problems I must warn you that NOW TV are being very crafty to not have to deal with customers!!
I have spent all weekend trying to get through to someone and the answer is always "if you have a problem you can speak to someone on our LIVE CHAT"
But one problem THE CHAT BUTTON NEVER BLOODY WORKS!!!
There is NO contact number except for the Now TV broadband service and when i spoke to them they said its not their problem and won't help. Any other phone numbers put you through to SKY not NOW TV.
iT IS AWFUL ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T GIVE A TOSS ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS.
PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!

I am having exactly the same trouble right now. Just cannot use my pass and no help available. Do not waste your money
