NOW TV Application Error Message - Windows

I have installed the NOW TV app but when I try to open I get an error message 'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)'.  Anyone got any ideas how to solve this?

Which App?

Which version of Windows?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

It's Windows 10 and the Now TV Player downloaded on my laptop from the website.

Type Microsoft Store in the white window bottom left on your Desktop, open it, type Now, and install that version, see if you get on better with it.

Thanks.  The app from the store has opened okay but I'm now having trouble signing in - displays the message 'Something not right.  Go to NowTV.com/status to check for updates'.  I've done that and theres no sign of any updates... I'm just not mean't to watch anything! haha
