NOW Player downloads but wont open in Windows 11 ??

Since upgrading to Windows 11 (from Windows 10) I had to refresh the download for the NOWTV player but the timer freezes then the player screen goes off and will not allow streaming?

My wifi connection is strong and other streaming Apps such as BBC iPlayer and ITV Hub etc work fine?

Any help would be appreciated?

I have exactly the same problem. Tried changing to compatibility mode and running as Admin but no joy.

Pretty poor that I can't use my new stonking laptop with Nowtv!

Thanks Martin,

I have also had Windows Help desk look at the problem but no solution. I guess this is just one of the aps that wont work in Windows 11 ??
