ICC Men's T20 Highlights not working

I'm trying to watch the ICC Men's T20 WC SF: IND VS END Highlights.  I've tried on my TV, my desktop and my phone (using the house WiFi and data).  I get error code 21 every time.  I've logged out and back in again, rebooted my router.  Nothing.

I have come across the same error when trying to watch ind vs england highlights. this is really disappointing.

i too get OVP_00021 error. better fix this issue soon guys !!

You’re not speaking to staff on this thread. In fact NOW staff seldom post on the forum when unless they are purposely tagged in.

If you see the post from @schnapps it is a known issue and Sky are looking into to it.
