My first question is how in hell am I going to solve this without a live chat directly to the customer services?
I can't use my mobile for this: it's too expensive to sit on hold for hours. I can't make telephone calls using my landline; I can receive them

Since you’ve posted this elsewhere in the forum your best to stick to one thread at a time…..
For customer support you can always send them an email. Address in the below picture.
