Hi, I've got a weekly pass but I can't watch anything, when I click on anything it just says 'buy now' and when I click on that it says 'unfortunately we were unable to complete your purchase'. I shouldn't need to make a purchase, I've (apparently) got a pass. Can anyone help?

I don't use a PC or Mac with the NowTV Player so i won't be much help.
Another forum member had a similar issue on their nowtv box where it was saying on their TV screen "Unable to Complete your Purchase" .
They seemed to have resolved it by starting the pass on their smartphone NowTV App which then triggered the sports pass on their box.
