@Anonymous User If you do a Google search for resetting PRAM it might be worth giving that a go. It's cured issues for me with shimmering green video in iTunes. Not had the solid green issue in NOW TV Player or heard anyone else mention it, but you might want to try until someone comes along with a better idea.

Hi there

Try these options

Check your audio / visual outputs

T6030 errors indicate that 1 of your audio / visual outputs isn’t supported. To fix this, remove any additional audio / visual outputs and try again.

Uninstall Microsoft Silverlight- To watch NOW TV content on a computer, you need Silverlight.

  1. ck Start then Settings.
  2. Click System on the settings menu then Apps & features. You'll see a list of all installed apps.
  3. Click the Silverlight app thenuninstall.
  4. Click the Uninstall pop-up button to confirm.

Once uninstalled, you may be asked to restart your computer.

Delete your Silverlight settings and / or your PlayReady folder

On all PCs and Macs (running OSX 10.7 or later), your Silverlight settings and PlayReady folders will be hidden.

Show hidden files

  1. Click Start then My Computer.
  2. Click Organise and then Folders and search options.
  3. Click View.
  4. In Advanced Settings clickShow hidden files and folders.
  5. Click OK and close all window

Delete the Silverlight settings folder

  1. Click Start then My Computer.
  2. Click the PCs primary hard drive(usually C:\).
  3. Click Users then the folder with your Windows Username.
  4. Click AppData then LocalLow.
  5. If there's a PlayReady icon in this location then right click on the icon then Delete.
  6. Click the Microsoft folder.
  7. Right click on the Silverlight folder, then click Delete.

Delete the PlayReady folder

  1. Click Start then My Computer.
  2. Click the PCs primary hard drive(usually C:\).
  3. Click Program Data thenMicrosoft.
  4. Right click the PlayReady folder then Delete.
  5. Close all windows and empty theTrash folder / Recycle bin.
Reinstall Microsoft Silverlight

Go to nowtv.com and try to watch something. You'll then be given the option to install Silverlight, just follow the on screen instructions.

Once Silverlight's been installed, make sure the plug-in's switched on.

To do this:

  1. Click Tools or the gear icon thenManage add-ons.
  2. Under Show, click All add-ons.
  3. Scroll down and click Microsoft Silverlight then Enable andClose.
