I get this error at least 2 or 3 times a programme. It's been getting worse as time goes on.
I've tried reinstalling the player, signing out and in again (and also annoyingly I get signed out often without trying to)... nothing works.
I know the help guide says they are aware of this error and they are working on it but it seems to be taking a long time! If netflix and iplayer manage to work perfectly and consistently how can this not?
I'm now looking for another subscription service that will let me stream the series I'm attempting to watch on this iMac running El Capitan 10.11.6

Welcome to the forum.
NOW TV have posted a trial update to the NOW TV Player app for Mac, the post mentions F20000 error rather than 20002 but you might want to try it out and see if it helps.

Ive been writing on the chat about this error for weeks.
The worst is ive been repeatly told its fixed and its NOT!!!
Ive uninstalled the nowtvplayer and reinstalled it,
purged all browser caches,
restarted my mac.
All the things ive been asked to do, but its an issue with the PLAYER not MY MACHINE!!!!!
service is terrible- blaming the customer for your problems trying to make you QA their product - absolute JOKE!
