Error code 2100

Unable to cast to TV. able to watch on Samsung galaxy phone. Receiving an error that something went wrong..error code 2100. I am able to cast other stuff from you tube etc but not from NOW TV app. Please can you help resolve, thanks

Not sure why you tagged this in the PC and Mac section of the forum? 

Either way, have you done the standard troubleshooting like 

  • Delete and reinstall the app on your phone?
  • Unplug the router for a few minutes?
  • Reboot the TV that your casting to?
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
