Error Code

I keep getting error code below and it says problems connecting to the server? I have re installed the now tv player and same problem

Try using your mobile phone as an internet hotspot. If the player loads and the Now stream works, there will be an issue with your anti virus and/or firewall settings.

 

There was a thread here the other day where someone mentioned that their anti virus was getting a potential false positive from the latest Now update and quarantining part of the software thinking it was malware.

Hi there,

 

Any more info on this would be appreciated please mate- I have just got a new windows 10 PC and get this message on it. I have checked quarantined items and it's not on there and don't want to disable my anti virus software

Try disabling any hardware monitoring programmes.

 

I was having the same error as you and on a whim closed EVGA Precision X, which seemed to be the root of the issue.
