Error Code 9004

Hi all,

 

Been having major problems with the nowTV app. Everytime that I try to watch something on my Mac it brings up error code 9004. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the app on my mac. I have moved the app from the User section to the applications section of my Mac but nothing is working!

 

I have a Macbook Pro and I have the latest version of Os Sierra installed.

 

Has anyone experienced similar problems or have a fix for this please?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

I am also having this issue, i have been trying to watch a film for about 4hrs now, get 5-20 mins further and it breaks its now starting to irritate the hell out of me and so glad this happened on a trail because if i had paid for this i would demand a full refund!.

 

Sky you need fix this, not everyone wants to buy the stupid boxes or fork out money for a service that just keeps failing i am truely at the end of my teather with this now.
