Download Issues on Laptop

Hi guys,

Looking for a bit of help. I've downloaded the Nowtv app to my laptop but it doesn't have the download option? Anyone seen this issue before?

I'm running Windows 10, downloaded the app not just the TV player, signed in and streamed normal tv. It just appears to be the download facility is missing. 

Any help appreciated.

Hi @AJ79 

You won't be able to use the NowTV Download service on Windows PC's or Laptops, where the Download and watch off line feature is only intended for Android & IOS mobile devices.

Thanks for the reply. I had a look at this and it says Windows PC/Laptop running 8.1 and above is supported. It looks like that's only for watching not downloading though which is a shame.
