Device Limit Reached

after watching one movie on the ps3 app I went to bedroom to watch another for it to say devcice limit reached, went back to the ps3 and it's saying the same thing, checked in the device manager and it's saying no device are attched to this account

It wont let me watch any thing now it just kepts saying that i have reached my limit. So what can i do about this?

Having the same problem, however my mac is the only device attatched. I watched a minute of one epsisode, came out and tried to watch another one and it says that i've reached my device limit?

Hi,

 

I'm having the same issue but I can play NOW TV on my PS3 but for some reason unknown it isnt letting me play in on a desktop computer. It is saying I have reached my limit although I have 2 free spaces on my devices.

 

Can anyone help?

Hello.

 

I am unable to watch NowTV on my lapop.  It says device limit has been reached, even hough one of my 4 listed devices is the same laptop I am trying to watch on.

 

Anyway, if I go to Manage Devices and try to remove a device, despite the pop-up saying "Device succefully removed" or whatever, it is still in the list of 4.

 

I can watch on my Xbox One no issues but this is really frustrating.
