Device Limit Reached

after watching one movie on the ps3 app I went to bedroom to watch another for it to say devcice limit reached, went back to the ps3 and it's saying the same thing, checked in the device manager and it's saying no device are attched to this account

 I watch movies on two  iOs devices and on both the 'device limit reached' message is appearing and making it unable to watch.

Please be aware that as stipulated by Sky you are allowed one change a month after you have set up your initial four devices. Please refer to the following article regarding this.

I too have this problem but when I go into manage devices there is nothing there. Please could you help, much appreciated

I'm not quite sure what I'm doing here, all I know is I need help, all I seem to do is pay for error codes.!! 😞 ses I have reached maximum device on ps3 and on a now tv box .??
