Device Limit Reached

after watching one movie on the ps3 app I went to bedroom to watch another for it to say devcice limit reached, went back to the ps3 and it's saying the same thing, checked in the device manager and it's saying no device are attched to this account

It sounds like you've reached your maximum device changes for the month.

Please see this article for more information on managing your devices.

I also have the same issue. I am unable to  add any devices as Ive maximised my device allowance.

i have got no devices registered and it says device limit reached when i log in any device.

@Anonymous User you have most likely used your one change for the month.

 

You can register up to 4 devices and make one change every 30 days.

 

We have allowed your one change back to register a device to use the service.

My compute told be my device limit has been reached so I deleted all of my devices so I could link new devices. My PC will not let me add any new devices so I haven't been able to watch films for a week.

Hi izzypinchen,

 

Thanks for contacting us at NOW TV, sorry to hear you've been experiencing difficulties.

 

The reason why this has occurred is because you removed all your devices, this will make you reach your device limit. You can register 4 devices to your NOW TV account, and make 1 change per month. All you have to do to make a change is sign into your NOW TV account on a PC/Laptop or Mac, go into the 'My Account' section, remove 1 device and you'll be able to replace it with another 🙂

I got a new phone and had my other one registered - now at the 4 device limit!
Can you reset this please? I'd like to start watching on my new phone immediately rather than wait 10 days!

Hi,

I have the same problem: I was watching NowTV from my PC one day and the next day it suddenly said on the same PC that my device limit had been reached. I deleted one, so now I have an unused slot, but the system still won't let me connect on the PC!

Help please 😉
